I was very concerned about using a transport company again to ship a vehicle. I used a company (National Auto Trnasport) about three months ago (but I did not use the Uship system) and the experience was very bad, the customer service was terrible, they provided not formal contract, overcharged me by $55.00 on the other end, and I was not able to contact either the company or driver after my vehicle was picked up for over 6 days. However, I am pleased to say that my confidence has been restored by Uship, DBR Transport Services, Inc and FHT Auto Transport. They were all very professional, curtious and avialble throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend the use of Uship as a main source of obtaining reliable and trustworthy transportation companies and the actual use of DBR and FHT for the physical transportation of your vehicle. Both shipments (the bad and outstanding ones) were to provide two of my sons who moved from Fayetteville NC to Texas and Washington State with vehicles due to them falling on hard times and their vehile becoming unseriveable and too costly to repair.
