The seller said it was good to go. All tires were mounted and aired up. Extra motor was supposed to be in the bed, and other parts fully assembled and secured. Yeah right. 3 flat tires, a broken steering assembly, and the extra motor was stuck and frozed to the ground. Steve Brown...dealt with this in a very positive way and I was grateful that he loaded this up and assisted the seller.
