Jon is a very kind and courteous person. My shipment had to be canceled because of vehicle problems, but Jon made sure to contact me to let me know the situation. He also offered to pay the difference if I had to use another shipper. He refunded all of my deposit plus extra. I will use them again when I need another delivery...
