I have never used vehicle shipping before, but they made it easy. No problem reaching them whenever I had a question, though Jim talks a little fast, so you have to listen carefully. Heh!
Updates happen in the evening, they let me know when there was a delay due to weather. No problem there, I figured that there would be, it was very windy and snowy.
I saved a bundle by having the bike shipped, though I would rather have ridden it back. It's just as well though, as when I received the bike the wiring harness was pretty buggered by the previous owner, and there was no working headlight.
Also, the weather was too rotten for riding. I would have been going nowhere fast on these bald tires. If only sellers were as honest as this shipping company.
