I use uship about two times per week and never had this problem before I email the shipper 2 time with the transaction number then he called me and ask for them again but still did not get it right. I had to settle with the items I did not need and do without the urgently needed ones.next time I will ask more questions before accepting anymore bids I lost money over the weekend because of this.
