Everything on the shippers side was smooth. The only problem I had was with payment. It is not stated anywhere that Uship takes a deposit. Granted of course uShip has to make money but there are certainly other more efficient ways of collecting money than having the customer make 2 transactions. The paying process was the most confusing. Perhaps shippers should have a credit card on file and be invoiced monthly similiar to how eBay works.
