Vehicle did not arrive on agreed delivery date.
The shipper tried to leave me messages but the messages were not understandable. Most of my frustration was with uShip as there was not a method in place to contact the trucker or the parent company. For some obscure reason that information had been classified secret or was very cleverly hidden from me, the bill payer.
