We were moving from San Francisco to Portland with a 3 week old baby. With a packed car and the little one, we just didn't have space for the dog on the trip. We looked into flying her up to Portland, but it would have cost us $400-$500 dollars.
I found uShip on an internet search, and was so glad that I did. For only $150, our dog was able to ride along with Robert from 'AFriendly', without having to crate her or sedate her or anything. She just rode shotgun with him on a trip he was making up to Portland, and he took great care of her.
It was a great solution, a great money saver, and a great experience for us and our dog. We will definitely go to uShip first when we need to move her (or any other item) in the future!
