My wife was concerned when Liz showed up to pick up Cleat; there were 2 other dogs in the truck and barely enough room for him. Then we found out he was going from NJ to Boston, before going to FL.
There were a couple times we could not reach Liz and my wife really wanted more details about his status such as where would he be sleeping.
Liz gave details about how he was eating and about his general demeanor and I felt comfortable that he was being well taken care of.
The next driver to have Cleat was a little late because of some bad weather. This is understandable since there were bad ice storms up North. Ed was very sincere and genuinly concerned about every aspect of the delivery.
Christine was always a pleasure to speak with on the phone. I was satisfied with the service and quality of the entire transaction. I would use them again.
