As for the person who brought my item to me I have nothing but positive things to say. As for the fact that uShip has charged my account twice and one is still pending is unacceptable. I have contacted multiple personnel at uShip and they are helpful but no one is able to fix the problem. I feel as if it were their moneies were tied up in an improper transaction that they would do what they could but I am not seeing that same urgency. The problem originated at uShip and for everyone to "not be able to do anything" is unacceptable.... thanks
