I don't know where to start with the number of problems that my shipper (Nick Tuttle) had to encounter due to the seemingly unending problems that he faced due to circumstances from the other involved parties (pick-up & destination points). He never once got upset & was positive throughout the entire process. This shipper is 100% a professional, has all brand new professional moving equipment & does these hauls himself. No large corporate movers, no outsourcing, & not a high profit margin. Seriously, I don't know how he is able to do these moves so cheap!...and thats not to say that he does these cheaply! I have used large moving companies in the past, & will never use them again due to the lack of individual care used. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to speak with Nick several times & this guy really just loves to haul!..yes, thats right, he is the guy that answers the phone on the other end when you have a question, not some moving office that will get back to you in a few days or put you on hold. I have several more moves to make (both across the country & overseas), with thousands of $ in items to be moved & have no hesitation or worry in whether or not Nick is the guy for the job. I trust him 100% & have no need to search for any other shipping service. Overseas shipping preparation?, custom built crates?, obscure moving requirements?, professional packing?...yes, thats right!, he does all of that as well! Live out of country & need someone that you can trust to have access to your storage areas?...yes, thats right, again, this is the guy for the job!
