I am new to U-ship and needed to have a vehicle shipped across the country. But I was very hesitant due to the fact that I am over seas in Iraq. I was able to meet Charley who was a very professional indivual who understood my concerns and was very helpful in informing me of his abilities and services and that he wanted to earn my trust for future bussiness. My only family at the destination was my wife and daughter and have had individuals of lesser character take advantage of my absence in the past. Charley had great communication and was prompt with the pick-up and followed through with every promise that was made. He even unloaded the vehicle for my wife and was a gentleman to her and professional in his conduct while in my family's presence. It is very difficult to make a decision of such importance on someone you don't know, but I would recommend Charley to anyone without question. When he told me he wanted to earn my bussiness, he meant it and gave me every reason to ensure that the next time I need something shipped no matter the wait I will have him give a bid. To know someone on the other side of the country is conducting bussiness with your interest at heart is rare indeed. He didn't cut any corners and even took the time to send me pictures of my truck via e-mail while I am here in Iraq.
