Harmoni was very helpful in contracting with a shipper on my behalf. The rate they negotiated was considerably less than other quotes I received. DHL returned my packages after pickup due to one of them being 6 pounds overweight. Harmoni worked with me and got my packages rescheduled with Fedex for only a small increase in price for the extra work.
