Generally the experience was positive,b ut due to my negligence inr eading the info carefully, I was unaware that my shipper was driving my car rather than transporting on a truck. Afterwards I checked my e-mail and saw that it was very clear that it was a "driveaway" but I was remiss inreading it accurately. Thank goodness the shipper ended up being very reliable and honest.
