First this was my first yacht shipped. So, some of these things may happen more than not,but.... Shipment was bid and accepted. Then handed off to another shipper, due to time concerns, no problem, Communication was great!! Driver for the truck was amazing!! Made sure shippment was ready for move and helped on reinstalling arch and helped with checking boat once in water. Can't say enough good things about the driver. piece of radar arch broken upon arrival, but shipper stated they would reimburse cost of repair. At present piece is being repaired. Overall good experience. I have been educated about yacht shipping with this experience. Would use this shipper again. Overall positive.
