I was worried about the safety of my artwork since this was my first time using U-ship. However, I trusted the other users' feedback. Much to my surprise, my quote was much lower than commercial carriers, like FedEx who almost always bash a corner of my art boxes. And, they don't like to insure art. I was shipping framed art in wood crates and mounted art in a cardboard box. The driver strapped my goods to the side of his custom-rigged truck. He also had goods worth well over mine so I felt reassured.
