I contracted with Dennis and Elizabeth and within minutes, Dennis was on the phone with me scheduling my shipment. I was told when Elizabeth would be in Oregon, when she did get to Oregon, and when she loaded my trailer on her trailer. Unfortunately, her truck broke down on her trip back east. Dennis called to tell me the news, and could apologize enough. Mind you, being a few days late wasn't an issue with me, but Dennis kept me informed. After the truck was repaired, Dennis called and gave me an updated ETA on Elizabeth's arrival. Elizabeth arrived right on schedule and the trailer was in perfect condition. I would definately use Dennis and Elizabeth for my shipping needs in the future. They are honest and have a high degree of integrity. A dying breed in today's business world.
