I hired Qball to transport my beloved dog, Strider, and some storage things from California to N. Carolina. For Strider's transport, I did not want him to fly in a cage, so I was willing to pay more than the airlines would have charged. I was familiar with UShip, and read the reviews very carefully to find just the right person/company to bring Strider 3000 miles. From what I read on UShip, Qball seemed the perfect choice. We negotiated a bit, and I felt the price was a fair one. From the first time I spoke with Qball's Andre by phone, I could tell that he was a pet-lover and felt confident that Strider would be treated well and arrive safely. Early in the trip, Andre called to let me know that Strider had a sore on his foot. He sent me a picture via phone of it. We worked together to find a vet on the route, and Strider was treated as needed. Andre also sent me other photos of Strider along the way, and called regularly. He described how he took Strider for regular play and exercise, discovering for himself that Strider would chase tennis balls until he dropped dead. Andre also made sure Strider took his antibiotics twice a day for the sore on his foot. When they arrived at my home, Strider was very excited to see me, but I could also see how he and Andre had bonded. I think if I had told Strider to get back in the truck, he would have done so! It was clear that Strider loved his X-country road trip with Andre! I would surely use UShip and Qball again!
