My first try with uShip was terrible- it ended up getting cancelled because the driver did not show up. This experience removed those feelings and proved to be a wonderful service recovery. The driver made the dates promised- and delivered well ahead of time. He was very courteous and polite. This experience has been great- I would use them again.
