We had a 1967 motorcycle that we had in storage in Richland Wa. We had move from Richland to Seattle...then made a move to Washington DC. The person who was storing our motorcycle called us and said he was leaving in 2 weeks and we needed to get the motorcycle. My father in law who is 89 has spent many hours restoring it and the motorcycle had been in the family for many years so it has great sentimental value to us. I went on line to figure out how to ship it. I went to uship and put my item out for bid. within 24 hours I had several bids to choose from, as well as options for shipping. The response I got from the shipper of my choice was prompt and courteous. I accepted the bid through u ship then from that point I delt directly with the shipper. He was professional and courteous and we exchanged all the information reguarding the pickup and delivery and everything went very smooth. As soon as his truck driver called and said he was 2 hours a way, I used my Pay Pal account and paid him for the service. As a shipper doing everything by phone and email, I'll say it was perfect without any glitches at all. I liked the profile on the shippers, as well as what they were using to ship my item. Since I had a motorcyle that was not crated I was concerned about damage.
Thank you u ship for the contact with Norman Byrd,he was very prompt and courteous and we would definately use Norman and uship again, as well refer customers to the site.
