This was my first experience with uShip. I was very pleased with the pickup and delivery service provided by momasdriver. They are great folks, and provided excellent service at a price I could afford. I was considerably less pleased by the unexpected $19 booking charge uShip hit me with to book the move, that must have been well hidden in the small print. And all the hoops I need to jump through to get the advertised $25 rebate are also a very slimy way to do business. It is apparent that they are banking of their customers making a mis-step and thereby being denied the rebate. If that happens to me, the result will be a class action lawsuit against uShip.
