"Great first time experience shipping my motorcycle"

I purchased a motorcycle in Ohio and needed it transported to Colorado. I began calling several nationwide movers who were quoting me figures from $800 to $1300. That was going to make the purchase of my motorcycle way to expensive. I called a local bike shop and asked them if they knew some one I could use to transport my Kawasaki Voyager. They recommended I check out UShip, which I had never heard of. I was a little leery, because in this day and age there are so many scams out there that I didn't know if I could trust a "total stranger" who I had never met to deliver by bike in one piece and in a timely manner. I had thoughts of everything from having someone dishonest steal the bike or damaging it to getting it weeks later than promised. I really had skeptical feelings. But to my surprise I had a reliable person (Mattkarlsen) help me ship my motorcycle 1,300 mile for $400. I was relieved and greatful for such a positive experience. I will not hesitate to use UShip again. Thanks guys!!
