I listed my shipment - a mattress and box spring - about a week ago. BMT trucking submitted the most reasonable bid, and I accepted, excited to finally get my bed down to New York. The company manager promptly called me to finalize details. He was very thorough and oriented toward me. A few days later, my mattress was en route to New York.
The driver communicated regularly with me on his way down, to assure that the delivery went smoothly. When he arrived at my house, he carefully brought both my mattress and box spring up to my apartment (volunteering, even though I had listed a curb-side delivery!)
