Contract FA862104D6250 ends on December 31, 2008. The USAF Predator UAV Training System contract was started in January 1997. A government employee gave equipment to another contractor, equipment which the government has stated consistently the government does not own the data rights. The government employee refused to provide contracting officer authority required to be publically available. This refusal was a violation of federal regulations. In the district court of Nevada, the government employee did provide a Certificate of Appointment dated 1982 from an Air Force Directorate that no longer exists. The government employee was "driving without a license". The litigation required to get the document required to be readily available to the public (FAR 1.6) has cost this small business over $1.2 million. Mark moved the company site office at Creech AFB back to California.
