Jorge informed me that he would be able to deliver my bike the next day. Unfortunately, his truck had problems, multiple times, & roads were closed due to accidents. Despite the ordeal he was going through, he displayed great communication skills. He informed me, either through e-mail or by phone, everytime he was back on the road. I could relate to hard times on the road because I'm a trucker. At first, I have to admit, I was worried about my bike being stolen. Or worse. I thought I might have been scammed!
Anytime I would need to transport anything... Jorge will be the man.
