I rescued a dog in Scio, OH and needed to get her to at least Cleveland, OH so I could pick her up. I was coming from Michigan and Cleveland was sup post to be a 2 hour drive for me. Scio, OH would've been a 4 1/2 hour drive (One way!) Tom agreed to pick up my puppy and meet me in Cleveland. Tom kept in touch the entire way! I ended up getting lost and instead of picking up my dog at 9p.m. like arranged, I didn't get there until 1:30 in the morning, because I got lost!! Tom was very patient with me and kept in close contact along the way. He was helping me with directions and keeping me updated on my puppy. When I arrived she was well cared for! Tom even signed for the required Tags she needed when he picked her up! I would deffinately recommmend this company. Not only were they on time, they were patient, polite, and most helpful.
