All I can say is that my driver was also a mechanic for many years. He knows his way around all cars/trucks/vehicles, etc. That really made a difference. He actually bled my clutch to get the transmission working so he could drive the jeep onto his rig. I think that was just going the extra mile in customer service. He arrived on time, and delivered the Jeep in the exact condition as it left New York. The only hiccup was with the communication of the dispatcher. She must have just got overly busy and didn't relate to me the exact whereabouts of the driver. I know I mentioned to her several times about my desire to have the Jeep dropped off in Pensacola if it was possible. He passed through Pensacola the night before and dropped some vehicles off. Early in the nogatiotions I was told the cost of the Pensacola drop off would have been another $300.00. So I settled for the drop off point to be here in Jacksonville (350 miles from Pensacola). If I had been aware of where the driver was he could have dropped the Jeep off at my house in Pensacola as he was passing through. Instead he brought the Jeep 350 miles East of my home to my temp place here in Jacksonville where he was dropping more vehicles off anyway. I could've saved him the load, and myself the trouble of towing the Jeep back to Pensacola. It wouldn't have cost anymore than what I paid. Plus it would have saved the cost of expensive gas for both of us. The Pensacola drop off also would have saved me the time spent on my two days off to prep and get the Jeep ready for the trip, as well as the drive (made much slower pulling the load with my Cherokee)
If I would have called him directly, it would have made the transaction 100% perfect. Either way, I got the Jeep in time, and in good condition. Next time I will certainly call the driver first and stay in touch with him. I do plan on giving this company my first bid when I need something else shipped in the future. Thanks for reading. Sorry about the mis-spellings
