Shipped a family piano from MD to AZ. Timing was off because off the hurricane so shipment got delayed. However, it was still a speedy process.
Furniture pad stuck to piano and Drex spent alot of time trying to get off the sticky residue. Ended up eating up the lacquer finish. Drex did discount the price due to the situation.
He and his daughter traveled together and were wonderful people to work with.
All in all a good team!
