Th night before moving to AL my motorcycle was stolen from my garage. Fortunately I found a great deal on a new one, but it was in WV. I shipped a car once from CA to PA and it was a so-so experience; you could say it left a bad taste in my mouth about shipping items. I weighed my options and shipping it here was still the most economical and least time-consuming. So I waited to see who bid and carefully read everyone's feedback. Fastmove (Terry) made the best bid (hundreds less than others), offered extremely fast service, and had 100% positive feedback; so I booked it. By that night I was on the phone talking to him and within a couple days he'd called the seller to arrange pick-up. He picked up my bike on 9/18 and anticipated delivery mid-afternoon on 9/19. Halfway down he called to say he had some truck issues and didn't want to risk damage to the shipment, so he turned back towards home. It couldn't be fixed that evening, so he got a replacement truck and came back down the same day! He called me at 10:30 pm (right when he said he would) and my motorcycle was unloaded without a scratch, just as promised.
