I think uShip is a good service. I think it could be more new user friendly, like 'New Users Read This' in bold on the front page. Then have a simple walk through with the dos and dont's simply spelled out and not buried in some terms of use if that's were they are. Maybe it has what I talking about and just I didn't see it.
