It was hard to let someone pick up the family piano and take it from San Diego to the bay area, especially someone I found online, but Express Transport through uShip was just great. They were the lowest of 4 bidders.
I've been taught never to take the lowest bid, but I was impressed with every answer to my questions. When the truck developed a mechanical failure that resulted in a couple day delay, the company made it up to me by taking an extra item in the shipment....much appreciated. They called to keep me informed at all times. I would recommend the uShip process to anyone. It really works. Why just compare companies in your own community yellow pages when you can get bids from everyone in the business who wants your job? Thanks, uShip
