Its one thing to send a box or a couch or any inanimate object but when you ship a precous animal its very stressful. Will the driver be safe? The rig be safe & clean? Will the animal be well-cared for and is this person familiar with horses if an emergency arises? We had several offers that I felt were reasonable & we chose Bill99 because his dates were the best fit. We couldn't have had a better experience. He's a horseman & his rig was immaculate and spacious. Our horse loaded right up like she was happy to be there. She arrived in good condition and a ten hour trip can be stressful on an horse.
