I am a Quality Engineer for NASA, I only mention that so that one would suspect I know Quality when I see it or experience it. The day before the shipment I had a drastic change of plans; I arrived late to my hotel and could not start the prep of my car and trailer. Chris called two days ahead to check in for the shipment. I told him I needed to ship a car as well because I was not going to be able drive it and return to fly out of LAX. I asked if he knew anyone who could help out, he said “I’ll do it”. I also asked him if he could do that a day early he said, “No problem”! He not only agreed to do them, but said we could do both in the same day. He took my car on a promise and returned promptly as he had said. He hooked up my trailer and insisted I not get my hands dirty. We were off and now I was a day ahead of schedule, what a relief! We got everything done just as the sun was setting. Because of Chris’ efforts I was able to spend a whole day with my aging father, not only did Chris make me happy he made that ol’ man a special day.
