The u ship policy on not being able to talk to the provider over the phone before agreeing to the bid was kind of sketchy to me and the multiple deposits concerned me.
But in the end when i finally just agreed to a shipment and got an actual person to talk to get the shipment all figured out, it was worth it in the end.
