My bike broke down in the Northeast and I needed to have it shipped back to Florida. It was my first attempt at shipping on uShip and I was understandably skeptical. I was also alarmed by the fact that most shippers are difficult with hours, loading facilities and a slew of others things that I just couldn't take care of remotely. Within two hours, I had a rock-bottom quote to ship my bike, with house to house service. I was kept abreast of progress regularly on my cell phone. The bike arrived less than a week later at my house. I could not have hoped for any better service than this.
