My original shipper that was booked talked a good game. After checking once to see if my item had been picked up I had to call the guy back & got his other driver instead. Was told a truck had gone down & the item would be picked up after the repair. My seller called me another week later & said my item was still there & could never reach the owner, plus his account had been suspended. Second shipper got it done & on time.
