I was very happy with my shipment of my boat. Reasonable price, great service, timely delivery, and very good communication along the way made my experience with Jimstow first-rate.
However, my I feel that I was not properly disclosed the “service fee” through Uship. At nowhere in the process was I prompted that I would pay an additional fee beyond my bid. After reading through the entire agreement I came upon some ambiguous language about a service fee. I feel it was unfair, fraudulent, and unethical to bill me for a fee without proper disclosure. I would consider myself very dissatisfied with Uship’s billing practices, and I will likely share my feelings with customer service, the better business bureau, and the attorney general.
