My story begins 6 years ago when i purchased a 1973 Pontiac Grand Am and began to restore her.I finished the chassis,engine and was ready for body work and paint.I started shopping around for estimates on the body which had excessive amounts of rust all over,and the estimates were very high around 8-10,000 for body work and paint!!! YIKES!!!
So i shopped around for 1-2 years to find another body that had very little to no rust issues(in my dreams)But 2 years later i found one in Wisconsin and thru pics and talking with the previous owner i purchased it for 500.00.
Now another 2 months went bye as i shopped around for transport to Florida.1700.00,1595,1300,1150.00 was the prices i was getting ,Unbelievable.
Then a buddy of mine said,did you try u-ship,
I said never heard of it.But sure enough went to there web site signed up and listed the car with my max price of 900.00.Week and half later i was hooked up with a shipper for my max price.So finally the car is here in Florida and i have begun swapping the body's.
The price on shipping with the help of u-ship and Lischka Transport will save me thousands of dollars on my project.You cannot get better then that,Thanks Again Anthony.
