Michael took full control as I had never done this before. He went ahead and made arrangements with my trainer an kept me informed as to what time and date he was picking up my mare. When he did pick her up he called again to tell me what time he thought he would be arriving and would call me a half hour before he got there. All went perfect. I am thrilled!
