Since I had no one in Arizona to assist with this move, my provider took the time to assess the condition of the trailer and followed through at the tire shop to assure it was ready for the trip--all this taking hours away from his driving time. Communication with the provider and driver was excellent and the trailer was actually delivered a bit earlier than predicted with absolutely no road damage. My experience with this provider has shown that they are willing to "go the extra mile" to do the job correctly and establish a favorable relationship with their customer.
