This process was new to me, staight forward and mentioned
by someone of whom has moved. I was anxious as I was
under a time constraint and there was no one to help me, if plans did not go as scheduled. Good to start early.
Took a chance, the pick-up occurred, communication was good, but
UPS damaged my bicycle. And, many boxes were crushed, despite having used heavy duty boxes. moved from Manhattan NYC to SF CA
I saved, paid 3/4 of what a moving company charged, but I had to box and bring out to the curb/first floor the +20 boxes of my household items.
I would recommend using uShip and the agent again.
