My truck broke down in Nashville, TN on a trip from Montgomery, AL to Detroit,MI with 3 kids in tow. Stressed doesn't begin to describe the situation. He took care of everything. Robert placed the bid late on Sunday afternoon. I accepted it on Sunday night. I spoke to him on the phone early Monday morning. He delivered my truck to the transmission shop before they even opened on Thursday morning. I could not have asked a for a better experience. He called and kept me informed all along the way and I can honestly say that he put me at ease from the beginning and I never once doubted my choice to use his business for my shipping needs.
