…..I had been searching for a specific car for years. Unfortunately, when I finally located it via auction, it was located about 900 miles from where I lived. At first I wasn’t to concerned as with the listing several car transport companies gave quotes for shipping. However, once I won the auction the nightmare began. Never having had shipped a car before I had no idea what I was about to experience. Several hours of research, quotes, etc. I finally decided on a large shipping company because of its ratings on the internet as well as the verbal promise “to get my car to me within 1-5 days.” That was until I signed the contract, then it became “soon”, “pretty soon, “and then “we don’t guarantee anything.” In a panic, I searched different large shipping companies and when I pushed them for an exact answer was told the same thing. That is when I turned to USHIP in a desperate attempt to find someone I could trust with what was extremely important to me. I used the “Urgent” feature with my ad on USHIP, and to my surprise, had several bids within minutes. I could not believe it! I had several people wanting to transport my car instead of me “begging” someone to transport it. I was able to check the feedback section of the bidders to help with my decision. I accepted one of the bids who by the way did not have a large amount of feedback, and this gentleman (Cranedriver) went above and beyond any of my expectations. My car was picked up within 24 hours of accepting my bid and delivered safely to me within 24 hours of picking my vehicle up with communication throughout the entire transaction. I am very happy that I tried USHIP and will definitely use it again as well as recommend to any and all who need it’s services.
