My transporter picked up my Vette in Florida and was very patient in waiting for the guy I bought the car from to find the keys, which he had lost. Luckily, my transporter had experience in loading and securing sports cars with the absence of keys. When he arrived at my home in Texas, I had already had an extra set of keys made, which, of course did not work. We were able to use a floor jack to lift the car and roll it off the trailer.
