I called/dispute regarding my previous shipper (transportbr) who took my $1,300 dollars deposite but did not delivery my boat. uship customer service did not respond to my call/dispute ~1-2 weeks later and just send email to transportbr. Right now, I don't know how to get my refund back, because the guy did respond to my calls or emails. I considered this is a scam and hope that uship could help to get my deposite back.
