uShip as a business provides a great service but is not user friendly even remotely. I have yet to find a customer service number, dealing with bids is not easy to navigate, and information regarding my promised rebate has disappeared so I am now unable to claim the rebate I was supposed to get. I appreciate the service, but the site really needs a makeover before I'd want to use it again.
