I have been dealing with a person named Patrick Smith since May 08. The problems started from the very beginning, the date scheduled for pick up was not kept. He requested full payment which I did, but what a big mistake that was. When the furniture was actually picked up from my home it was moved by a local mover and it was only to a storage space that I paid for. I was promised that the furniture would be picked up no later than the following Monday which would have been 26 May 08. I started getting phone calls from the storage location that the payment had not been made. I contacted Patrick and he assured that he had made a payment and not to worried. Today is July 8 and the scheduled delivery date, I have been calling Patrick since yesterday 7 July 08 at no avail, has not answered any of my calls. I had several people contact him from different numbers and he answers but would not answer my calls at all. I will file a case at the small claims court as well as will submit a Better Business Bureau complaint and charges for extortion and burglary with the Police Department. DO NOT deal with this company at all, stay away!!!!
