David called and told us he had picked up our camper on Wednesday morning, he actually was there before there was anyone there to release the camper. Then he called Friday to say he was in St Paul and would see us at the appointed time. He called later that night to say that there had been an incident. The tread on the tire came off and took out the skirting of the camper and tore part of the floor off. I asked how much the tire was and he said we would deal with that when we got together.
Saturday morning he was right on time and only charged for the new tire not the labour and he was down for four hours waiting for this to be fixed on July 4th holiday.
He has agreed to pay for the damages but because it was a brand new camper I am going after the warranty, the other 3 tires dont look any better. He had washed our camper at the last closest wash and had it open and ready to see when we met him at the border.
His bid was one of the most reasonable and he was an honest and reputable man to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone.
