Bob and Terri moved a boat for me that I had never seen, as I had bought it on ebay. Bob called me to let me know that he was on his way with the unit, and that he had actually stopped to inspect and repack the trailer wheel bearings with grease. Apparently they were running warm, signaling lack of grease or rust. No extra charge, they just did what was needed. I couldn't believe they would actually take the time and effort to inspect and repack the bearings. They probably saved me the cost of repair, whether behind their truck or later behind mine.
