My story starts with needing to haul a horse from S.C. to In. and I didn't know how to find a hauler. After looking on the internet I found uship and submitted my request. Within hours I had two bids but was unable to respond to them in the time frame because after talking to the gal in S.C. that I was buying the horse from she was considering selling another one to me. I had to wait to find out the answer.
I did buy the other horse so now I had two horses to haul. During this time I recieved several more bids and had narrowed my choice down to two haulers based on feedback and the photo of their equipment.
That, I think, is one of the great things about uship, you can see a photo and read feedback about the shipper. Because I was hauling horses, the photo aspect was great because I could be sure that the equipment was safe and sized well.
I was able to contact the two shippers to let them know I would be rejecting their bids so that I could add the additional horse and would request a new bid. I did this but only heard back from one of the two. This was fine and that's who I used.
My horse shipping experience was great. They were going to two different locations and they both arrived in good shape and in a timely fashion.
I would absoultly use uship again and have already recommended it to someone.
Thanks uship!
